whip it!

i made some quick instant pudding tonight and remembered that i had a box of dream whip that great grandma had given to FarmBoy some years back. i mixed that up too - as it was mixing i started thinking...
we've been married for over 6 years now
he had this box in his townhouse pantry BEFORE we got married
i kept mixing...
but - do we actually eat it? if it's at least 7 years old? i don't think we'd better. people are finally getting a little unsick :)

what's the oldest thing you've ever found in your pantry?

Oh Jolene you don't even want to know. Some of these items make it to the food shelf. Is that even worse?

Yikes!
Remind me to not eat the pudding next time I visit. hee hee!
Hmm.... oldest thing... That's a big one. Because I'm sure we have Raisins in our pantry from 1832.

I'd have to go with some fajita seasoning... probably about 5 years. I don't think that stuff goes bad though, does it?!?!

I know I'm a little late here but have to tell you. In 1995, we found a box of pudding in my mom's cabinet that expired in 1979. I'm hoping I don't beat that record. :o)
