life, love, and the pursuit of God's blessings

These are a few of my blessings pics from over the last few days... I wonder how many days I'm missing now! I will try to do better the rest of this week.

last Thursday my long-awaited gardets came in. A huge blessing and exciting even if they're not working quite right. It also got me back in the photo mood so I took a couple of fun shots.

Friday - hanging out with my favorite sister-in-law! We went to a Stampin' Up party at a friend's house. I always have a good time when I'm hanging out with her. The fact that my brother found her and she agreed to marry him is a HUGE blessing to me! :)

Saturday - FarmBoy. He was my hero that day. He was home for nearly the whole day which is so rare. He did great things like grocery shopping and bringing home a chicken dinner. Then, when I wasn't feeling so hot, he let me take a couple hour nap and just took over for me. Which means that when I woke up, the house was in MUCH better shape than I had left it. DragonRider had a huge piece in this - that kid is amazing and another huge blessing to me.

Sunday - The Birthday Kids!!! 'Nough said! And I've got the pictures to prove it down below...

Monday - As I was walking out of the bedroom, FarmBoy casually mentioned I should check the car tires before driving to work. Glad I did. The rear one was flat and I was able to drive the van without spending a single minute wondering what to do.
Tuesday - today. Yay! PrincessGirl (any new name suggestions yet?) made my heart smile. I went in to get SquishyBaby out of her crib and saw that PG had tucked in her babydoll when she woke up this morning. It was so sweet. I love how my girls love their dollies - it makes my heart smile to see them be so tender.

You were busy busy busy! Beautiful pics! God is a wonderful painter isn't He? Amazing! Sounds like you've had a couple days of some "good happenings" that were quite needed :) Good for you and GO FARM BOY! Why don't you 'name' Princess Girl.. Dollie :)

I think I'm saving Dollie for Anna. BUT Dottie or Dotsy or Dotzy (I sure wish I knew what she was saying) would work swell!!! (and it's much faster to type than PrincessGirl)

Beautiful pictures, Jolene! And yay for a wonderful birthday party for the twins with all the family. It looks (and sounds) like it was a great day. :)
