hamburger arts

Thursday night's dinner was burgers. I was so excited. I LOVE hamburgers. I could eat them anytime, anywhere. DragonRider shares this passion of mine. He may actually have been more excited than me.

It just so happened that shortly after planning this dinner, I stumbled across this article. I tried to do a little bit of what they said but the end result was only so-so. The burgers were a bit crumbly but definitely tender, I guess.

So - my question to you - what's your favorite burger tip or trick or recipe to make it rock!?!

as a fellow hamburger LOVER i excitedly offer you this: worchestershire sauce. soooo good. and toasted buns, of course.

We mix in blue cheese and a little onion. Yummy.

I LOVE Amy's idea!!!!!! I should just suck it up and take my kids out on a date one night. Too bad that I feel too badly for the people who'd be cleaning up and for the people around us. I can't say that it would be bad but I can't promise that it would be good!
