rollin' on by

A new phenomenon, of sorts, has been occuring at our house the last couple of weeks. Ever since my two middle children have learned to take care of all of their toileting needs themselves, we have been FLYING through the T.P. I cannot keep the roll stocked. It is ridiculous. The frustrating part is that they've been taught how to count out squares - to no avail. Also, since becoming independent, I have no idea when the roll is getting used up so that I can do some intense at-the-moment training. Eeeks! FarmBoy had a chuckle about it on Sunday morning when he replaced the roll nearly 24 hours after replacing it the last time. Ridiculous.

LOL!!! I STILL get teased for using a lot of toilet paper when I was little! My dad gives me a hard time when he gets a chance! Don't they make the TP now for little kids with lines of where to tear? I think they do - you should check it out! It'd be fun! (yup, shopping for TP is fun - ugh! I should just say I'm 80!)

too funny! maybe you should tear off piles of sheets that they CAN use and leave them in a little basket where they can pull one of the sections at a time from. :)
for what it's worth, i totally remember a time when jeffy lundren and i tried flushing an entire roll of toilet paper down the basement toilet. mom was mad. go figure.
