C: SURE! (long pause) Uhhhh.... a 2 and another 2... Nope! a threeeee, a twooo, a circle and a 1. What does THAT mean???
M: It means it's 10:23, Buddy. Thank you! (Note to self: must teach him to read left to right)

Wow, you were really good at deciphering that. It must be some kind of mom language or something. What a good little helper he was and if it makes you feel any better I still have a hard time reading clocks. Let me clarify that... non-digital ones :)
wow, i'm with nic! that was a tough one. but for a kid whose favorite number is "E" i'd say he did pretty well!
ha ha!! ang, you are so right!! i had forgotten about the E.
and nic - that's hilarious. but no worries... practice makes perfect. it just gets harder to practice when no one has clocks like that anymore!
That's hilarious! yes, I applaud you for ALSO figuring that out! I would have laughed and checked it myself thinking the clock BROKE!
