at lunch today i heard a little sputter. a glanced to my left to see PrincessGirl with a nice milkstash and a puzzled look on her face. she sends out this warning to you all:
if you eat hot mac & cheese, do NOT try to cool off your nose by pouring milk up it. it just makes you cough.

So....... was she saying that it was hot/warm from 'smelling' the heat coming OFF the mac & cheese?
Look at it this way bean, she won't have any clogged sinuses. Milk is JUST as good as Neti Pot!
I've always hated the idea of putting anything up my nose, can't even imagine milk.
