On my mind, lately, is getting little MeToo into a big girl bed and out of her crib. I'm excited for this stage in her life but sad too. It will be the first time I don't have a crib in my house in over four years. That's a long time, people! She's pretty near ready though. When we're at the lake or visiting somewhere, she sleeps on a bed without a problem. I'll miss having her "contained" but it's time, right.
When we moved to this house PrincessGirl got a delightful comforter set with lots of cuteness. I didn't buy one for MeToo at the time because
1. We weren't sure we'd be in this house
2. We hadn't decided if we'd use a second twin bed or a full-sized bed
3. Not a ton of a storage and there is a good chance I would have forgotten I had bought it :)
So now that it's time, I decided to start looking to see if I could still get the same one. I can. Sort of. (The second image is the one that PrincessGirl has.) It won't come with a bed skirt. OR I could get a coordinating one. (First picture.) Same fabrics but with a very different style. So I ask you, my dear readers... matching or coordinating. Which one's better and why.

i vote for the coordinating one!!! yay! so cute.
I vote for coordination as well. It'll add another little sense of "style" to the room and add more spice! Everyone likes spice. right?
My vote is for coordinating as well. It can be her special incentive for getting her big girl bed. Little girl stuff is so darn cute!
I fourth that! Definitely the coordinating one. That way they match but still have their own sense of individualism in the room. So cute!
I agree with coordinating. It will be her own special bed with the new comforter.
I like coordinating!! Then they each have their "own," but makes for a very cute room!
Matching for sure!!! Just kidding, I just didnt want to have to jump on the coordinating band wagon cause I dont get around to the blogs so often! My argument has been used, of course they need to be "individuals"!!!
