i was in my car at the local lunch joint (guess where), just finished placing my order and looked in my hand to realize that I was 31 cents short (anyone else miss having the cents symbol on your keyboard?) i reached into my purse, and felt a small cluster of coins. i pulled them out and started counting - 31 cents on the nose! it made me smile BIG (angel hug)! something i haven't done very much of today. i've just been feeling a little down/tiredish/sluggish. so, with a refreshed attitude, i started pondering through why i would feel this way. i had 8 hours of sleep last night. everyone's healthy. i don't feel particularly stressed about anything. ugh! then it dawned on me how thirsty i was feeling. i haven't drank anything today other than a teeny tiny cup of coffee. i didn't drink very much yesterday either. or the day before! hmm... in fact, i can't remember the last time i had "enough" to drink. how does a girl discipline herself to drink enough water???? any ideas? i need to start today.
second realization. i miss my husband!! as i said in my last post, he's out and about frolicking in the fields (ha ha! now there's an image!!) normally when i'm at work, he's here working with me. we banter - give each other funny looks - sneak a hug every now and again - etc. i miss it. working with my hubby rocks and working without him... doesn't. it's nice to feel that way even after being married for almost 5 years & together for twice that.
well phone's ringing - time to get back to reality.

Haha, seriously right when you said you missed the cents sign on the keyboard I was ecstatic, 'cause I always think the same thing! Why the heck would they get rid of that when there are so many things on here you never hardly use!!

I NEVER drink enough water. I usually get really thirsty after dinner and drink two big glasses. Then I'm up twice in the night. Smart, eh?

alright, there used to be a cents symbol on here??? what the HECK! i bet you can insert it in with "insert --> symbol" right? but still. not handy. i would love to have it back. when you start the petition, i'll gladly sign it! as for drinking water. simple: everytime nanners asks for something to drink, have a glass yourself. :)
