important lesson

get dressed in the morning.

period.

do not assume that you don't need to get dressed cause you're not going anywhere. for all you know, someone could just spontaneously show up at your door. and then you might be stuck downstairs in your bathrobe - with no clothes to choose from cause you just brought all your stuff upstairs to fold and put away. and you KNOW the only way to the upstairs is right past the door their waiting at. but in case this ever happens to you, be sure to leave some of your husband's and kid's clothes laying around. you might need to borrow a pair of pants and sweatshirt. you know, just in case someone comes over.

edit: you should probably brush your hair too. you don't want to scare your uninvited guests away.

Erin - I wanted to hide. But Erich and Amber both went upstairs to the door. Am shouted that someone was here. Erich opened the door for them. Isn't that nice :)

Angie - yes. But it's the fricken middle of winter!!!!!!!!! These people usually only do this to me around rent time in October. Ugh! AND usually they call first...

As I sit in my pajamas at 10:30AM (and already dreading something like this happening), reading your blog was inspirational. I think I'll go get dressed now.
