go fly a kite

Our wonderfully mild winter has given us opportunity to do some activities that we don't normally get around to trying. In late February, when Tyger didn't have school, the kids and I packed ourselves into the car and headed out to our property 20 miles south of here. All this just to go fly a kite. I don't regret a single moment - especially since I stayed nice and warm in the car with LG while my fun-loving monkeys made some cool memories out in the field. We may have to do this again when he's off school in another week. Maybe I'll even join them now that it's warmer than ever!
